New South Wales Government
The NSW Government has released the draft Central
Coast Regional Strategy for 2006 to 2031.
The Tuggerah-Wyong area will
be developed as a Major Centre and will perform vital economic, employment,
civic residential, social cultural, entertainment
and recreational, role for the north of the Central Coast.
The Major Centre will provide access to the F3 Freeway and will be a focal
point for the major roads and public transport network links to surrounding
Town Centres and the Gosford Regional City.
The Department of Planning will
work with Wyong Shire Council to ensure that this centre, as a whole achieves
its Major Centre role.
